Chinese Journal of Environmental Law（英文缩写为“CJEL”，中文名为“《中国环境法学刊》”，ISSN 为2468-6034）第二卷第二期正式出版。
本期发表了三篇研究论文，分别是“The Evolving Role of Environmental Rights in Climate Change Litigation”、“Addressing Coastal Wetland Decline in China’s Yellow Sea”、“The Legal Principle of Reciprocity and China’s Water Treaty Practice”；和一篇书评“Routledge Handbook of Human Rights and Climate Governance, edited by Sébastien DUYCK, Sébastien JODOIN and Alyssa JOHL”。作者分别是来自澳大利亚新南威尔士州土地与环境法院、澳大利亚昆士兰科技大学、重庆大学和武汉大学的著名法官和新秀学者。
