Yuan Hongping obtained her LLB degree at law school of Jinggangshan University at 2009 and obtained her LLM degree at Xiangtan University at 2012. She mainly studies public welfare litigation and animal rights during her master's degree, and the title of the master's graduation thesis is Standing of the Environmental Public Interest Litigation of Environmental Non-Governmental Organizations. After graduation, she taught this course in Hunan university of science and technology for 5 years. During her work, she also paid attention to the ecological compensation system. She published an article in the journal of Environmental Science and Management in 2015, its title is Reflection on the Environmental Justice of the Resettled Area for the Eco-migration.
