On the evening of April 23, 2019, the twenty-four RIEL Alumni Salon and ninety Luojia Lecture Series on Environmental Law was held in classroom 325 of the law school. This lecture was fortunate enough to invite visiting research of RIEL and Associate Professor from Hebei University of Environmental Engineering, Mr. Cao Xiaofan, to give a lecture on the analysis of typical cases of ecological environmental law enforcement. This lecture was presided over by Prof. Qin Tianbao, director of RIEL. Dr. Hu Bin and RIEL students attended the lecture.

At the beginning, Prof. Qin Tianbao gave a brief introduction to the study and work experience of Mr. Cao Xiaofan and expressed a warm welcome on his arrival. Mr. Cao Xiaofan first sorted out the legal basis of environmental law enforcement in the form of a chart, and then clarified the constitution and undertaking of environmental administrative responsibility in detail. Based on specific cases, Mr. Cao also made a brief introduction of typical changes in environmental crime.

At the end of lecture, Dr. Hu Bin made a brief summary and presented the certificate to Mr. Cao for providing a wonderful lecture. The lecture ended in a harmonious atmosphere.
