In November 30, 2017, the Director of the Guizhou provincial government legal office second regulations department, Li Yong, staff researcher of second regulations department, Tong Changping, staff of first regulations department, Chen Xiongfei came to visit RIEL, and discuss the future direction of cooperation, and also held a forum on ecological civilization legal work. RIEL Director, Prof. Qin Tianbao, and a part of RIEL master's and doctoral students participated in the symposium.

Prof. Qin Tianbao first expressed a warm welcome to guests, and gave a brief introduction of RIEL. Subsequently, the two sides held a forum on the legal work of ecological civilization in Guizhou province. Director Li Yong introduced his reflections on ecological civilization in Guizhou province regulations to all teachers and students, and gave detailed introductions mainly from the ecological civilization local regulations system definition, construction of ecological civilization at the provincial level and local regulations system feasibility and necessity as well as how to construct ecological civilization in Guizhou Province, local regulations system.

Prof. Qin Tianbao introduced the key points and the main content of ecological civilization assessment work and, he believes that starting from the national and fundamental policy, combined with the actual situation of Guizhou Province, could better solve practical problems.

At last, the teachers and students here and Li Yong had a deep discussion. Both sides hope to establish long-term and stable cooperation relationship, strengthen cooperation and communication, exchange each other's needs, support each other and seek common development. The symposium ended in a friendly and warm atmosphere.
