On the morning of October 26, 2017, the sixty-second lecture of Luojia Lecture Series on Environmental Law was held in the 325 classroom of the law school. The Lecture was invited Associate Prof. Ian Hannam from the University of New England in Australia. The theme of the lecture is "effective management of land possession". This lecture was presided over by RIEL Prof. Ben Boer. Prof. Alexander Zahar, assistant of director Associate Prof. Li Guangbing, Associate Prof. Liu Jing and doctoral and master students attended the lecture.
At the beginning of the lecture, Associate Prof. Ian Hannam expressed gratitude for the invitation to attend Luojia Lecture Series on Environmental Law. He pointed out that the sustainable use of the environment depends largely on how people acquire land. He believes the aim of study is to improve the management of possessions to benefit more people. The lecture is divided into two parts. The first part is the introduction to management and land possession. The second part is about law and possession management.
At the end of the lecture, Prof. Ben Boer gave a brief summary of the lecture, and once again expressed his welcome and thanks to Prof. Ian Hannam. The students present also raised their own questions, Associate Prof. Ian Hannam answered one by one. The lecture ended smoothly in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
