German scholars guested on Luojia Lecture Series on Environmental Law and shared the German experience on environmental law

On the evening of October 23, 2017, the sixtieth lecture in the lecture of Luojia Lecture Series on Environmental Law was held in the 325 classroom of the law school.

This forum had invited Prof. Wolfgang Kock from Germany helmholtz environment research center, Prof. Kurt Faßbender from the university of leipzig and Dr. Shen Xin from helmholtz environment research center, they each brought lectures entitled "the Aarhus convention and its influence on Germany", "the German environment code and experience", "the study of environmental law in Germany experience sharing".

This lecture was presided over by Prof. Qin Tianbao, RIEL Prof. Du Qun, deputy director Prof. Ke Jian, Prof. Alexander Zahar, Associate Prof. Li Guangbing, Associate Prof. Liu Jing, deputy director Dr Hu bin and doctoral and master students attended the lecture.

The lecture is divided into three parts. The first part was given by Prof. WolfgangKock, whose theme is "the Aarhus convention and its influence on Germany". The second part was given by Prof. Kurt Faßbender, whose theme is "the emergence and experience of German environmental code". The third part was given by Dr. Shen Baixin, whose theme is "share the experience of studying environmental law in Germany."

At the end of the lecture, Prof. Ke Jian, Prof. Du Qun and Associate Prof. Li Guangbing gave a wonderful talk about the lecture, and the students present raised their own questions. The other participants held a heated discussion and analysis on these issues, and the students benefit a lot. The lecture ended smoothly in a warm atmosphere.
