Prof. Wang Shuyi is invited to the Zhaoqing Municipal Party Committee Theory Learning Center group to have a theme report

On the morning of April 12, 2017, the "100 Jurists 100 Reports" special session of Zhaoqing Municipal Party Committee Theory Learning Center group was held in the Star Rock Auditorium, which also is the 31st south Guangdong rule of law report. Prof. of RIEL of Wuhan University and China Environmental Resources Law Research Association Vice President Wang Shuyi gave a special counseling report entitled "Beautiful China, Ecological civilization Construction and Environmental Rule of Law". Guangdong Provincial Law Society Chairman Liang Weifa presided over the meeting, Zhaoqing municipal party committee secretary; Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee Chairman Lai Zehua attended the meeting. Zhaoqing municipal Party committee members, leaders comrades from municipal people's congress, municipal government, municipal CPPCC; responsible comrades from municipal Court, municipal Procuratorate; Deputy Director of leading cadres above form municipal ministries and commissions, the municipal units, the municipal people's organizations; main responsible for comrades from municipal democratic parties, provincial unit in Zhaoqing participated in the report. This report was open to counties (cities, districts) by means of videoconferencing.

Prof. Wang Shuyi combined with the requirements of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China on strengthening the construction of ecological civilization, discussed 5 issues: "what is beautiful China, how to build beautiful China", "what is ecological civilization, why to build ecological civilization", " the relationship between ecological civilization construction and environmental protection", "China’s main environmental problems", "strengthening the rule of law in environmental protection".

Laize Hua required that Zhaoqing must firmly establish the concept of green development, and actively explore the "endogenous" and "connotative" green road of development.
