Teachers of RIEL attend 2016 annual meeting of China University Think Tank Forum

On December 3-4, 2016, the third annual meeting of China University Think Tank Forum was held in Shanghai, with the theme of “China in Innovation: Strategy, Institution and Culture”. Prof. Li Guangbing and more than 300 experts and scholars from government departments, universities, research institutes, private think tanks got together in Fudan University. Prof. Qin Tianbao submitted a written statement.

In the two-day meeting, participants warmly and fully discussed about “promoting the theoretical innovation and building social science with Chinese characteristics”, “innovation-driven development and building the world scientific and technological power”, “enhancing soft power and building a socialist cultural power”, “green transformation and exploring new development model”, “Seizing the historical opportunity and promoting all-round innovation”, “conforming to the new trend and reforming new management system”, etc. Professor Qin Tianbao submitted a consulting report entitled “Decision-making Mechanism of Environmental-Risk Projects needs to be improved in the Context of Green Development” to the general assembly. As the guest of fourth sub-forum, Prof. Li Guangbing on behalf of Prof. Qin read the report and expressed his own views.
