RIEL signs a strategic cooperation agreement with Guizhou Provincial People’s Procuratorate

On July 28, 2016, RIEL signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Guizhou Provincial People's Procuratorate, opening the new cooperative mode of university and procuratorate joint protect the ecological environment.

Before signing the Agreement, Prof. Qin gave a detailed introduction of RIEL’s establishment purpose, historical development, theoretical achievements and development orientation. Since established in 1981, RIEL has been committed to the national and local government think tank construction, participating in many provincial and municipal legislation in the field of environment and resources, it has accumulated rich theoretical experience by undertaking several national social science major projects in recent years. Finally, Prof. Qin clearly expressed willingness to support the work of Guizhou Provincial Procuratorate, promoting its environmental rule of law.

The deputy chief procurator Yu Min also expressed her admiration for Wuhan University and highly expected the new situation of cooperation between the two sides. She looked forward to strengthening the in-depth cooperation in project research, talent training, legal argumentation of major difficult cases.
