秦天宝教授参加第三届中德学术高层论坛
Prof. Qin Tianbao attends 3rd Sino-Germany Academic Forum
On November 5-6, 2015, the 3rd Sino-Germany Academic Forum hosted by China Social Science magazine, Bonn Institute of Applied Politics was held in Shanghai. Professor Qin Tianbao was invited to this two-day forum.
Representatives from WHU, CASS, Peking University, RUC, Bonn University and Bonn Institute of Applied Politics came together and developed a multi-angle and in-depth dialog around “industrial 4.0-- digitization, self-optimization and network”, “internet and finance”, “ecological and economic transformation”, “functions and roles of a legal state”, “sustainable development” and other frontier topics. Prof. Qin gave a speech on challenges and legal response to sustainable development and communicated with German counterparts.
With the theme of economic development, rule of law and social change, the 3rd Sino-Germany Academic Forum focused on industrialization, regulations of rule of law and construction of rational human society and social order, trying to better grasp the rapidly changing future trends and better understand the variance history of contemporary China and even the world through exchange of thoughts and ideas.
